Product thinking
I turn research and ambiguity into clear flows, prototypes, and scalable systems that help people decide what to do next.
About
I’m Patricia, a product designer working across AI products, user research, brand systems, and commercial execution. I’m interested in the full experience: how a product works, how it earns trust, and how it reaches people in the real world.
I turn research and ambiguity into clear flows, prototypes, and scalable systems that help people decide what to do next.
My background in visual identity, packaging, campaigns, and product UI helps me build experiences that feel coherent from first impression to daily use.
I connect customer behavior with business context through market research, launch materials, subscription experiments, and performance analysis.
I enjoy working with engineering, AI, marketing, and partner teams to move ideas from an early question to production-ready execution.
I’m most interested in technology that can hold emotional nuance, not only technical intelligence.
One artwork I return to is Urs Fischer’s PLAY, a group of office chairs that move with distinct personalities. A chair might approach someone, retreat, or stay still. I love the way computation becomes character and a familiar object becomes emotionally legible.
That tension shapes the work I want to make. As AI grows more capable, I want to help create products that remain attentive to people: their senses, uncertainty, dignity, and everyday experience. For me, empathy is not a visual tone. It is a way of deciding what a system notices, explains, and leaves in a person’s control.
Urs Fischer, PLAYI’m an eager learner, and lately one of my favorite ways to practice attention is through perfumery.
Fragrance teaches me to notice memory, atmosphere, and small changes in perception. It has influenced how I think about design: layered, contextual, and often felt before it is explained. I bring that same curiosity to new technologies, unfamiliar industries, and the people I design with.
